RACE DISCLAIMER AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

* I declare I will be 17 years or over on the day of the event
* If I am under the age of 20 on the day of the event, I shall finish at Peel and return my timing chip and race number
* I am fully aware of the actual and potential risks in participation in this event
* I declare that I will not compete in the race unless I am medically fit on the day of the race and that, in any case, I will compete at my own risk
* The race referee has the absolute power to withdraw any competitor considered unfit to continue
* Cut off times at checkpoints will be strictly adhered to and any competitor reaching a checkpoint after the cut off time will be withdrawn from the event
* I agree to follow the route as set out by the organisers and to obey the officials, marshals and race judges at all times
* I will notify an official, marshal or race judge of my retirement at the first opportunity and return my front race number bib to a marshal at that time
* No pace making is allowed and no person is permitted to walk, run, cycle or drive in front of, alongside or behind me
* Any infringement of these conditions could lead to my immediate disqualification
* To the extent permitted by law, I accept that the organisers and sponsors of the race, or any of their agents, will not be liable for any loss, damage, action, claim, costs or expenses, which may arise in consequence of my participation in the event
* I grant my permission to the End to End walk committee to use or authorise others to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, data or any other record of my participation in this event for any legitimate purpose without remuneration

* No transfer of entry allowed

* No refund of entry fee under any circumstances

* I have read and understand the above
